As a token of appreciation to our loyal customers, Deva Fashion Shop offers a loyalty program that allows you to earn points with every purchase and redeem them for full-value products.
How are points earned?

Each product in our online store earns loyalty points based on its value.

You receive 1 loyalty point for every 1 BGN spent, which is equivalent to 0.50 EUR.

For example, a product priced at 70 BGN (~35 EUR) will earn you 70 points.

Loyalty points are calculated based on the product value in BGN and are rounded down to the nearest whole number.

Shipping costs do not generate loyalty points.

Points are added to your account within 48 hours after your order has been delivered and paid.

Only registered customers are eligible to collect loyalty points. Orders placed as a guest or via quick checkout will not generate points.
How can points be redeemed?

Accumulated points can be redeemed for any products available on our website.

You can pay either with money or with points – not a combination of both.

Loyalty points cannot be exchanged for cash.

During checkout, you will see the number of points required to redeem your selected items. Simply enter your available points and click “Apply”.

If you redeem points for a purchase, you will not earn new points from that order.
How much are points worth?

100 points = 5 BGN

Based on our internal exchange rate:
100 points = 2.50 EUR
You can check your current loyalty point balance at any time in your account dashboard.
