As a token of appreciation to our loyal customers, Deva Fashion Shop has created a loyalty program that allows you to save money by earning bonus points with every purchase and redeeming them on future orders.
How do you earn bonus points?
1. Bonus points for every purchase
Every product available in our online store earns bonus points when purchased. Once you are registered on www.devafashion-shop.com, bonus points are automatically credited to your customer account with each completed order.
2. Points calculation
Bonus points are calculated based on the amount spent in euros:
1 € = 2 bonus points
Points are rounded to whole numbers.
Example:
If you place an order worth 35 €, you will receive 70 bonus points.
Shipping costs do not earn bonus points, as they are not considered cosmetic products.
Bonus points are credited to your account within 48 hours after the order has been delivered and paid.
3. Registered customers only
Bonus points are awarded only to registered customers. If you place an order using “Guest Checkout” or “Quick Order” without creating an account, bonus points cannot be accumulated, as there is no customer profile to store them.
How can you use your bonus points?
1. Redeeming bonus points
Accumulated bonus points can be used to purchase products from our online store. Bonus points cannot be exchanged for cash.
100 bonus points = 2.50 €
Orders can be paid either with bonus points or with money, but not with a combination of both.
2. Using points at checkout
When completing your order, you will see a field below the total amount indicating how many bonus points are required to purchase the selected product(s).
Simply enter the desired number of points and click “Apply”.
If you enter fewer points than required, the system will automatically apply the maximum available number of points in your account.
After the order is completed, the used bonus points are automatically deducted from your total balance.
3. Purchases made with bonus points
When a product is purchased entirely with bonus points, no new bonus points are earned, as points are awarded only for purchases paid in euros.
How to check your bonus points balance
You can view your current bonus points balance at any time in your customer account.
To calculate the monetary value of your points, use the following rule:
divide the total number of bonus points by 40 to obtain the equivalent value in euros.
Example:
200 bonus points = 5.00 €
